Renaissance Village Murrieta sold to American Healthcare REIT

Continental East Development (CED) and its subsidiary Continental East Fund VI, LLC, are pleased to announce the successful sale of Renaissance Village Murrieta. The project was sold to American Healthcare REIT on October 8, 2025. WellQuest assumed management operations and will oversee the community moving forward as WellQuest of Murrieta.

Eight Years of Success

Over the last eight years, we have had the opportunity to meet and care for many residents who called Renaissance Village Murrieta home. It was an honor and a privilege to get to work with so many people from different walks of life. We are thankful for the many employees who have worked in our community over the years and for their dedication to upholding the Renaissance Lifestyle and supporting residents like their own family. We have achieved significant success in fostering community relationships with residents, their families, employees, city officials, schools, historians, and others in the healthcare industry.
