CED is exploring plans to upgrade the lobby and has preliminary plans to add an indoor pool to expand the rehabilitation department. An indoor pool would allow for hydrotherapy sessions which have proven to be beneficial for seniors recovering from various procedures and help prevent injuries from occurring. Hydrotherapy would differentiate Renaissance Village Murrieta from competitors and allow residents to live at Renaissance for a longer period. Additionally, CED is in the preliminary conceptual planning stage for RVM expansion (Phase III).
Integrating Services for Seamless Senior Living
The 1.77 ac pad originally entitled for a skilled nursing facility is being redesigned into single-story transitional cottages. Cottages are designed for seniors to age in place, encourage socialization, and be able to take advantage of some of the services offered on campus (meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.) Care can be facilitated by our staff and provided by an outside private care agency. Demand for this living style has been on the rise and would be a valuable addition to the living options currently offered.
