CED Sees Progress in Continental Villages
Continental Villages (Continental East Fund III, LLC) is continuing to see progress. During the last quarter of 2022, Phases II and III of the project completed bio-retention, retaining walls, and rough grading. We also began wet utilities, drainage, and the site infrastructure. The project received approval for our precise grading, landscaping, trash enclosures, and wall and fence plans. In addition, we obtained our precise grading permit. We are waiting on approval to commence the horizontal construction for Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD). Barring the weather and EMWD approval the balance of horizontal construction should commence in February 2023.
