We’ve begun horizontal construction on Phase II of Continental Villages. The sewer has been installed and the storm drain is under construction. Upon completion of the storm drain, installation of potable and fire water will follow. Dry utilities are scheduled to be installed during the late summer or early fall months. We received approval on building plans and routed to obtain building permits. In consideration of the project’s overall return on investment, Continental East Development decided to move forward with constructing the entire multifamily component at once rather than building it in phases. CED is currently working to secure a construction loan for vertical construction.
