It’s Time for an EB-5 Update

Continental Regional Center announced that all of its six Continental Medical Plaza EB-5 Investors received their I-526 USCIS petition approvals in 2014! Continental Medical Plaza is a 38,000 square foot medical and office building located in Murrieta, California. The plaza’s primary tenants RadNet and Visiting Nurses Association of California anchor the development. RadNet is a national diagnostic and imaging center. Visiting Nurses Association of California is a premier home health services company. In addition, the plaza also houses the headquarters of Continental East Development Inc. (CED) and USA Continental Regional Center. The market valuation of the now-completed medical plaza property exceeds US$11 Million.

Senior Living Projects

During January 2015, CRC received its first I-526 approvals for its inaugural planned senior community, Renaissance Village Rancho Belago. Renaissance Villages is the Inland’s Empire’s newest premier senior living community. Moreover, the Assisted Living and Memory Care services offered include comprehensive wellness, physical and dietary programs. In addition, we envision all programs coming together to stimulate mind, body and spirit.

Rancho Belago is the first of three (3) planned Renaissance Village senior communities located in Moreno Valley, Murrieta, and Indio, California. Continental East Development is developing each of the three communities. CED is a real estate development company with international resources. The company launched in 2009 to take advantage of distressed properties in the California real estate market. In addition, the company acquires commercial as well as large residential properties with significant value-added appreciation opportunities.

Renaissance Village Rancho Belago is a licensed 120-bed Assisted and Memory Care development. The project’s EB-5 investment is fully subscribed. Rancho Belago officially opened in late October 2014. In addition, the community already has 24 residents at the date of this letter. We forecast that market valuation stabilized will exceed US$20 Million.
