Renaissance Village Murrieta takes pride in making the holiday season special for residents. Creative activities, entertaining happy hours, elegant dinners, and religious gatherings support residents and their families so they may enjoy the holiday season. The community also hosted its annual holiday party for employees to show appreciation for their hard work and dedication. An Employee of the Year was announced and presented an award in front of their peers.
Exploring New Opportunities for Growth
Occupancy is also improving as the team has been persistently nurturing relationships in the industry and surrounding community. Department Directors are evaluating methods for not only attracting new residents but retaining current ones so residents may age in place at the community and eliminate the need for higher care not offered at Renaissance. Obtaining an amended license from Social Services which allows non-ambulatory occupants on the third floor has also assisted in increasing census.
Continental East Development is continuing to evaluate the vacant 1.7 -acre pad at Renaissance Village Murrieta. Independent living cottages are proving to be desirable in the area with low vacancies and high rental rates. Independent living units would also minimally increase overhead of current operations. The pad was previously entitled for a skilled nursing facility, but changing market conditions has encouraged CED to study better suited alternatives.
