Continental East Development was honored to attend Moreno Valley's State of the City 2023 on Thursday, August 17. Each year, the city of Moreno Valley invites community members to discuss last year's accomplishments and what is on the horizon in the coming year.
Developing and constructing projects in Moreno Valley over the last ten years has allowed CED to have a front-row seat to the growth of this thriving city. It is strategically located in the flourishing Inland Empire and is an ideal business location. The city's 51.3 square miles of land are just over 50 percent built out, and we only see more growth on the horizon.
Attending the city's State of the City only further reinforced these ideals and our confidence in the future. Mayor Ulises Cabrera and the city of Moreno Valley are hard at work creating many improvements and programs that benefit the people and community. We are proud to help aid their efforts with Continental East Fund III, which will provide the community with additional multi-family housing and retail and commercial spaces. These projects will help meet the significant housing needs, allowing those doing business in Moreno Valley to avoid long commutes and enjoy more time at home with their families.
